Civil Servant Candidate Registration 2024 Extended, Applicants Can Now Use Stamp Seals

Jakarta – There is good news for applicants of the 2024 Civil Servant Candidate (CPNS) selection! The National Civil Service Agency (BKN) provides new options regarding the use of stamps in the registration process. In addition to this, BKN also announced an extension of the 2024 CPNS registration which was previously scheduled to end on Friday, September 6, 2024. Regarding stamps, which have recently sparked debate, applicants can now choose to use sticky stamps or e-stamps. BKN make this announcement as a step to facilitate and expedite the selection process.

This announcement was posted on BKN’s official Instagram account, @bkngoidofficial, Thursday (5/9/2024) evening. “Applicants for the 2024 CPNS selection can choose to use postage stamps or e-stamps from now on,” BKN wrote in its upload. This new policy took effect at 20:00 WIB on Thursday night. BKN also issued a firm reminded to applicants to be careful in their use of seals.

“For applicants who use fake stamps or stamps that have been used, it can result in TMS (Ineligible) administrative selection,” said BKN. Additionally, BKN also announced that the deadline for CPNS selection registration on the SSCASN portal, which was previously scheduled to end on September 6, has now been extended until September 10, 2024, at 23:59 WIB.

This policy was officially conveyed through a letter from the Head of BKN, numbered 5419/B-KS.04.01/SD/K/2024, concerning the CPNS Procurement Selection Schedule FY 2024. The extension of the registration time is done to provide more opportunities for applicants who have not had time to complete all stages of registration on the portal. BKN hopes that this policy can accommodate applicants who are still in the process of completing the files. Through these changes, BKN hopes that the 2024 CPNS selection process can run smoother and applicants can be better prepared for each stage. (NCP/YDH)
